How do I book a tour?
Select a tour, choose the date and number of participants, and provide your details. We first check availability with the tour operator. Once the tour operator confirms availability, your booking is finalized. A deposit is usually required to reserve your spot; the remaining balance can be paid later via the tour operator or upon arrival.
Can I book multiple tours at once?
Yes! You can book several tours in a single order to plan your entire vacation at once. Send us a email or whatsapp and we will contact you for a tour plan
Are tours suitable for children or seniors?
Each tour specifies who it is suitable for. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes or cancellations are subject to the tour’s policy. In many cases, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If anything change in your planning let us know and we can look is the cancellation of change is possible
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, payments are secure through our platform. A deposit is requested for each tour to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid later via the tour operator or upon arrival.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, once the tour operator confirms availability, you will receive an email with your finalized booking and all the details.
Do I need to arrive on time?
Yes, please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before departure.
What should I bring on the tour?
This depends on the tour. Generally, we recommend sunscreen, water, a hat, comfortable clothing, swimwear, and a camera. Each tour provides specific instructions so you know exactly what to bring.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The tour operator will contact you. In most cases, you can reschedule for another day or cancel.
Is transportation included in the tour?
