We first check availability for your preferred date and time. Once your booking is confirmed, your reservation is secured and a 15% deposit is required immediately.

After this, you will receive a secure payment link for the remaining balance, which must be completed within 24 hours after booking.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Participants must be at least 8 years old and will be required to sign a liability waiver before the activity begins.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours' notice or more: Receive a full refund or credit when cancelling within the stated cancellation conditions.

  • Operator cancellation: Receive a full refund or credit if the activity is cancelled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • No-shows: The full price will be charged, with no refund.
