1.3 Payments
– Depending on the tour, you may pay a deposit to us and the remaining balance directly to the tour operator.
– In some cases, you pay the full amount to us, and in other cases you pay the full amount directly to the tour operator.
– The applicable payment method depends on the tour and the agreements we have with the tour operator.
– You can safely pay via the available payment methods on our website or through the tour operator.
– Any additional costs or taxes will always be clearly shown in advance.
1.4 Cancellations or Changes
– If you wish to cancel or modify a booking, please contact the tour operator as soon as possible.
– In most cases, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies prior to the tour.
– Each tour operator also has its own terms for cancellations and changes.
– Depending on these terms, (part of) your payment may not be refunded.

We are not responsible for the execution of the tours themselves. Full responsibility for the execution, safety, and organization of the tour lies with the tour operator.
Any issues, damage, incidents, or complaints that arise during a tour must always be addressed directly with the tour operator.
Participation in activities is always at your own risk, especially in adventure or outdoor tours.
2.2 Participant Responsibility
We want everyone to enjoy the tours safely and with pleasure. That is why we ask you to:

– Assess whether an activity is suitable for you
– Inform us in advance of any medical or physical limitations
– Treat other participants, guides, and the environment with respect
