What You’ll Experience

Your day begins with a convenient hotel pick-up. Step into a safari-style jeep with open sides and a shaded roof, perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze as your adventure begins.

Once you leave the paved roads behind, you’ll head into the rugged plains of Hato. Expect an exciting off-road ride through dusty trails, rocky terrain, and wild nature. Along the way, you’ll pass towering cacti, wind turbines, and hidden corners of the island few visitors ever see.

You’ll stop at a fascinating natural cave, home to bats and lizards. Here, your guide shares stories about the island’s geology and history—adding depth to this already thrilling experience. Above you, birds of prey circle through the sky, making the moment feel like a true wilderness adventure.

Next, you’ll visit the dramatic north coast at Shete Boka National Park. At Boca Pistol, witness waves crashing violently against the rocks, shooting water high into the air like a natural explosion. It’s one of the most powerful natural sights on the island.

After the adrenaline, it’s time to relax. At Playa Kalki, you can unwind at a beach club, take a swim in the ocean or pool, or enjoy an optional lunch (not included).

Then comes the highlight for many: Playa Piskadó. This famous beach is known for its sea turtles, and here you’ll have the chance to snorkel alongside these incredible creatures, surrounded by colorful tropical fish in crystal-clear water.

Yes, children are welcome. Please note this is a full-day tour with both off-road driving and beach stops. Children must always be supervised. Babies are not recommended.

What are the requirements to participate?
Participants should be in good health and comfortable with an off-road experience. The safari truck has open sides, so hold on during the ride.

Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes, a snorkel mask and tube are included. You’re also welcome to bring your own equipment.

What happens if it rains?
