Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability confirmation prior to final reservation.

• A 10% deposit is required once availability is confirmed
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of the experience

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24–48 hours
• No refund within 24 hours or no-shows
